- Contribute to the ideation and definition of new product features, collaborate with commercial product team, architects and engineering on the design.
- Collaborate with product leadership and stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and detailed user stories for development teams.
- Work closely with engineering to groom the user stories, identify and resolve technical challenges and opportunities, review and sign off the deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of product documentation for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, operations, professional services and other product teams to implement and iterate on solutions.
- Assist in preparing for and responding to audits and assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in software technology related field
- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner in agile environment
- 1+ years of experience in fraud prevention
- 1+ years of experience in banking industry
- Strong understanding of web UI frameworks, REST APIs, authentication and authorization protocols.
- Good presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SaaS products is a plus
- Experience with network protocols, network hardware and network capturing devices is a plus
