- Enroll devices with Intune following corporate procedures.
- Provide support for software installation and troubleshooting.
- Assist with basic Office 365 application support.
- Track and record inbound and outbound deliveries meticulously.
- Maintain organized records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal collaborators.
- Work with ServiceNow to manage and resolve support tickets.
- Offer support for OKTA integration and maintenance.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in an IT support role.
- Proven ability to work with Intune for device management.
- Experience supporting Office 365 applications at a basic level.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow - an advantage.
- Knowledge of OKTA - an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
