- P&L Ownership: Manage the brand's P&L, making data-driven decisions to optimize for revenue growth and profitability.
- Amazon SEO & Listing Optimization: Write compelling, keyword-optimized copy and work with our creative resources to produce A+ content that improves conversion rates.
- Profit Strategy: Collaborate closely with our advertising specialists to align on campaign strategy, monitor performance (ACOS, TACOS), and maximize Profitability.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, execute and adjust sales plan, coordinate with the operations team to avoid stockouts.
- Launch Strategy: Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new products in the brand's portfolio. You'll also assist in the go-to-market strategy for those new products.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Constantly monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring your brand stays ahead of the curve.
- Account Health & Problem Solving: Proactively monitor your brand's account health, open and manage support cases, and resolve complex catalog and backend issues to ensure smooth operations. (flat file uploads, suppressed ASINs, stranded inventory, etc.)
- An Amazon Native: You have 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and a deep understanding of A9 algorithm, organic ranking, and product launches.
- Data-Driven: You are skilled in profitability analysis including COGS, fees, and contribution margins, comfortable analyzing performance data and using insights to make strategic decisions.
- A Proactive Owner: You have a relentless drive to succeed and are comfortable taking ownership of both your wins and your setbacks.
- A Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and understand the key levers that drive growth on Amazon.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You are well-organized and can handle a fast-paced work environment where managing multiple priorities is key.
- Excellent Communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Full-time position based in our central Tel Aviv office (flexible hybrid working model with 1-2 days per week from home).
- Availability to address urgent issues on weekends as needed.
