We are looking for a search engine optimization (SEO) specialist with one year of experience to join a boutique digital marketing partner firm in Tel Aviv.An SEO specialist uses data and creativity to advise on strategy and guide action, finding insight, solutions, and opportunities in an ever-changing digital landscape.Responsibilities (your day-to-day)● You'll be exposed to real-world client work, and you'll be expected to be a valuable, contributing member of the team while you learn.You will be given full ownership of several clients’ activities for whom you will be responsible for the following:● Cooperate with clients to plan and execute their digital strategy.● Undertake technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement required changes, and follow up with quality assurance.● Conduct ongoing research on behalf of clients and create relevant content plans accordingly.● Monitor, evaluate, & act to improve the technical health of their websites.● Monitor and evaluate their websites’ performance and report findings and insights regularly.Requirements: must-haves● Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to learn● A growth mindset● Critical thinkingSkills & Capabilities (you have)● One year of experience as an SEO specialist● Great communication skills● Great time (attention, actually) management skills● Methodological thinking & research skills● Strong technical orientation (you consider yourself web/computer savvy)● Fluent in English● Previous experience and knowledge with web technologies (HTML, CSS & JS)Requirements: nice-to-haves● Previous experience working in a technological/digital environment● Experience with data analysis & tools● A research-oriented academic degree (psychology, philosophy, biology, economics, etc.)
