- Integrations - connecting the Novidea platform to strategic and tactical third parties, or SF applications. e.g. London bureau, electronic trading platforms, marketing tools, Premium Finance solutions etc
- Schemes Business - London Market brokers / cover holders who distribute packaged products through a full quote and bind journey. In addition to traditional binder business, Schemes rates and offers up a price based on the specific needs of the agents / end customer.
- Support management on different aspects of the product, from the roadmap and releases, through to requirements and documentation through your technical or market knowledge, use an evidence-based approach to consider current and future product features
- Use feedback from the product roadmap, internal stakeholders and customers to feed functional requirements to the development team
- Create and refine user stories in collaboration with the product and development teams, converting business requirements into technical specifications
- Communicate the goals of the feature to the development and quality assurance teams, and stakeholders through the use of commonly used storyboards and other tools
- Become the point of contact for questions within your work stream
- Support in the management of sprint content
- Provide low-level elaboration for any development stories, this may include providing
- Business scenarios / examples
- User journeys - UX/UI e.g. within Figma
- Technical specifications e.g., swaggerhub
- Over time, learn the advantages / limitations of working with a Salesforce data model
- 5-7 years of experience working within software development company- working directly with development teams
- Proven track record in analysis and delivery of software integrations
- Extensive experience writing product requirements
- Competence in system and data analysis
- Computer skills: Competent using JIRA and API contract tools (Swagger Hub or alternative)
- Language skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience with the Insurtech domain
- Have worked remotely with development teams
- Experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile environment - corresponding ceremonies/methodologies
- Working in / understanding of a company scale up culture
- Interfacing as the supplier to client project teams
- UI or UX experience - providing a fully optimized solution to an end customer
