We're looking for a data-driven Monetization Manager with a strong economic mindset to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing player behavior, optimizing in-game economies, and driving revenue through smart, strategic decision-making. Unlike traditional monetization roles, this position is less about creative campaign execution and more about understanding the numbers behind player engagement and spending.Responsibilities:
  • • Own the configuration of all monetization sale offers by building and managing complex, multi-variable Excel-based setups.
  • Monitor and track performance of these configurations once live, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Work closely with the Monetization Live Ops team, in-game economists, and analysts to ideate, test, and evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and product variations through experiments and A/B testing.
  • Based on performance data, develop clear, data-driven sales strategies to support monetization goals and improve overall business outcomes
Requirements:
  • • 2+ years of experience in analytical roles such as business analysis, product analytics, consulting, or in-game economy - could also be someone with a background as an economist.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and deriving insights from behavioral and economic data.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau); SQL or Vertica - strong advantage.
  • Ability to clearly communicate analytical insights and strategy recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independent, curious, and proactive team player with strong business sense.
  • Passion for games and an understanding of game economies - a strong advantage
