As we expand, we need exceptional engineers to scale our agentic infrastructure.The ChallengeOur AI agents process millions of enterprise transactions daily, answer complex queries in natural language, and proactively identify issues before they impact the bottom line. We're doubling our customer base every few months, and each new enterprise integration brings unique scale challenges.Core ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture & Infrastructure

Design distributed systems that enable AI agents to process enterprise data at scale
Build resilient orchestration frameworks for complex, multi-step agent workflows
Create infrastructure that supports real-time agent decision-making and action execution

Data & Intelligence Layer

Architect high-throughput data pipelines that feed our agents' decision engines
Optimize vector databases and retrieval systems for lightning-fast context access
Build systems that maintain agent memory and state across millions of interactions

Reliability & Scale

Ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical agent operations
Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities
Create disaster recovery and failover mechanisms for zero-downtime deployments

Have 5+ years building backend systems that handle serious scale
Are hungry to strap in and ship at startup velocity while solving hard technical problems
Understand distributed systems deeply - from CAP theorem to practical implementation
Get excited about the intersection of infrastructure and AI

Bonus Points:

Experience with LLM applications, RAG systems, or agent frameworks
Background in enterprise integrations (ERP systems, NetSuite, SAP)
Experience scaling systems from startup to enterprise
