The devices - installed in buildings like the Empire State Building and on construction sites - monitor usage patterns and use Machine Learning, signal processing and statistical analysis to detect anomalies and prevent leaks by automatically shutting off water. Our customer prevents massive damage to facilities (which could reach millions of dollars per incident) and save 20%-25% of their ongoing water consumption.WINT, a startup company based in Rosh HaAyin, was named in Fast Company's Annual List of the World's Most Innovative Companies for 2020 and has won numerous other awards.Who we're looking for:We are seeking a skilled Import-Export Coordinator to manage international air freight operations, regulatory compliance, and procurement tracking across multiple global markets. The role involves full ownership of logistics workflows, including supplier orders, shipment documentation, and supply chain coordination with internal and external partners.Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing end-to-end air export operations primarily to the U.S. and the U.K
Managing import processes into group companies in the U.S. and U.K. from suppliers in Europe, China, and Israel.
Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers.
Preparing and reviewing shipping documentation (Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
Ensuring compliance with global trade regulations (including DG, IATA, hazardous materials).
Monitoring shipping costs and analysing customs/tax implications.
Tracking and managing procurement orders and supply delivery schedules.
Collaborating with procurement, finance, and planning teams to align supplier orders, payments, and shipment timelines.
Managing and tracking supplier payment cycles.
Continuously improving logistics processes to support evolving operational needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in international logistics, especially air import/export operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Strong command of English - spoken, written, and reading.
Solid knowledge of trade compliance, international taxation, and shipping documentation.
Experience with procurement coordination and delivery tracking - an advantage
