We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer for our space-focused edge computing solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of software design and development, creating robust applications for space-based systems.Requirements:

Design and implement full-stack software solutions for space-based edge computing platforms
Oversee software development lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and reliability
Make technical decisions and adhere to established best practices
Develop scalable, resilient systems that can operate in the unique constraints of space environments
Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software performance on specialized hardware
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployment processes
Develop and execute testing strategies for mission-critical applications

Responsibilities:

Advantages:

Experience with embedded systems or hardware/software integration
Familiarity with space system constraints (e.g., radiation, power, latency)
Knowledge of real-time operating systems and high-reliability software
Background in aerospace, defense, or other mission-critical domains
Experience with ROS/ROS 2 or Rust - an advantage
