**Join Rekor's product team and help shape the future of smart traffic management. We're looking for a data-driven student to support product decisions with real insights. You'll analyze usage patterns, define KPIs, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to improve the tools that power safer, more efficient roads.What You'll Do On a Day-to-Day Basis

Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business questions and be a data-oriented users behavior expert
Define internal and external metrics, proxies and KPI to track business performance, customer engagement and the success of the feature.
Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities and directly determine the product roadmap
Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
Drive market analysis, lead competitors' analysis to identify growth opportunities to drive product roadmap

Requirements

BA/BSC/MA student - with at least 1 year remaining to finish the degree
Strong product sense and analytical thinking - problem-solving mindset
Strong SQL with experience in querying large complex data sets
Ability to understand business logic and how real-world workflows, like traffic incidents or user actions, translate into data
Clear communicator, team player, and fast learner
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, Heap, Google Analytics - Advantage.
Passionate about AI, with hands-on experience using AI tools, testing their limits, and exploring new platforms

Nice to Have

Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) - Advantage
Military command experience, especially in roles requiring responsibility for people, decision-making, and operational execution.
