- Lead ABM operations: build, manage, and optimize the ABM stack in close partnership with sales to deliver pipeline and revenue impact.
- Partner with sales leadership and regional marketing to design, implement, and optimize funnels that drive conversion and growth.
- Build shared processes and playbooks with sales and marketing to ensure efficiency and clarity across regions.
- Monitor funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to drive decisions and improvements.
- Manage cross-company projects with multiple stakeholders, creating clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive improvements in lead management, attribution, and campaign operations for efficiency and impact.
- Support new initiatives by designing scalable processes that adapt to evolving business needs.
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS B2B company in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Must-have: Proven experience running ABM operations, building and managing an ABM stack, and driving shared processes with sales.
- Proven experience with enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Cleabit, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (must): strong knowledge of its architecture, objects, and ability to build reports and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record of leading cross-company projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, critical thinker, and strong communicator.
- Advantage: Experience leveraging AI solutions and efficiency tools, including agents, prompts, and no-code automation platforms.
