This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and hardware design. You’ll contribute to the software that accelerates the development of NVIDIA’s industry-leading networking chips – the highway for the AI revolution.What you’ll be doing:Develop and maintain software tools for NVIDIA’s chip design and verification flows.Work closely with designers and verification engineers to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and build solutions that boost productivity and quality.Take ownership of your code: from implementation to testing, deployment, and support.What we need to see:B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.1–3 years of professional experience in software development.Proficiency in software engineering, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Background in hardware verification or design automation.Exposure to chip design or verification workflows.Experience improving quality or efficiency in engineering environments.Passion for building usable tools with a focus on user needs and productivity.Proficiency in Python.NVIDIA has some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us.
