We're looking for a skilled professional to lead multidisciplinary projects involving Hardware (HW), Software (SW), and Mechanical (Mech) components, managing complex cross-functional developments and collaborating with global stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality ATE products, ensuring seamless integration across engineering domains.What You Will Be Doing:

Define project scope, objectives, components, integration points, dependencies, and timelines in collaboration with HW, SW, and Mech development teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with Product Management, R&D, and other teams to prioritize project deliverables, aligning with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, quality assurance, integration, and other relevant teams.
Facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to prevent disruptions in project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust to support seamless project execution and strategic business objectives.
Drive execution excellence and continuous improvement by implementing best practices for multidisciplinary project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
