- Plan and execute user studies including usability tests, user interviews, discovery studies, and more, with the goal of learning about and improving new and existing Fiverr flows, features, and products.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and UX Writers to assure an exceptional user experience across Fiverr’s platform.Your insights will bridge the gap between user needs and our product design strategies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Gather, process, and present research data to a variety of stakeholders, offering conclusions and recommendations, aiming to influence product strategy and the user experience vision.
- Initiate and implement processes and initiatives aimed to develop the culture and efficiency of our team. This includes developing and implementing UX research education and training programs, ensuring that our team stays at the forefront of UXR best practices and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Fiverr’s UX research projects, integrating innovative research techniques and tools. Be a proactive advocate for user-centered design, guiding our product improvements with strategic insights and clear, practical recommendations.
- MA in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, or any other related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX research.
- Demonstrate a deep passion for user experience and digital products, with a drive to continually seek out ways to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of different UX research methods and techniques, including when and how to apply them during the product life cycle.
- Proven track record in conducting both generative (to explore new opportunities and insights) and evaluative (to test and refine existing concepts) studies; adept at navigating the nuances of each to inform design and product decisions.
- Curious and always eager to learn more.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to work autonomously and within different groups.
- Experience with quantitative UX research methods—an advantage.
