AppCard Inc. is a technology and marketing company headquartered in Manhattan, NY. Appcard has a powerful marketing tool that leverages data acquired at the point of sale (POS) via an advanced rewards program to create advanced retargeting campaigns that help businesses increase their bottom line. AppCard is unique in the loyalty space due to its patented technology which allows businesses to capture shopper identity and item level data in realtime from purchases made in store and online. The benefit of this is two fold: consumers benefit by receiving offers, incentives and coupons. Through a shopper's interactions with the former AppCard's platform records and learns shopper behavior and gives grocers the ability to make their data actionable to increase average basket size and systematically increase repeat purchases.About the role:The Product Manager is responsible for our product definition and accompanying the development from start to finish. This includes: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product, UI/UX and logic, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure the product developed meets the definition and post release meets the company and customer needs and goals. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.Responsibilities:

Gather goals and requirements from the Sales/Marketing/Business/Account Management groups and clients.
Deliver MRDs (when relevant) and detailed PRDs. This includes but not limited to UI/UX, user stories, flows and processes.
Work with the development and QA groups and answer any question related to the product and its definition, making sure the developed product meets the definitions.
Write product release notes, and train the internal team (mainly account managers) on the product.
Follow the product post release to monitor usage and penetration.
Act as a leader within the company

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Product Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree Technical background
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Startup experience preferred
Excellent English
