Director of Marketing Analytics

- Lead two analytics teams, including direct management of team leads
- Set team priorities, translate complex business questions into actionable analytical tasks, and guide execution end-to-end
- Be the analytical owner for UA and marketing performance - including new user KPIs, monthly budget planning, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Marketing and Executive Management; actively participate in strategic planning processes
- Define and track success metrics that explain and quantify the business impact of marketing activities
- Research and integrate data across multiple sources to provide a full picture of marketing performance
- Identify technical or data limitations and work closely with BI/Data Engineering teams to define and implement solutions
- Design and launch new dashboards, reports, and features in Plarium's in-house BI system - e.g. LTV models, ROI forecasting, automated alerting, and rule-based optimization
- At least 4 years of leadership experience, including managing team leads or managers
- 7+ years of experience as a data or marketing analyst, with demonstrated hands-on analytical expertise
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategy, including key digital channels and campaign structures
- Deep familiarity with online marketing success metrics and optimization opportunities
- Proven ability to lead strategic, cross-functional analytical initiatives - from defining business needs to shaping processes and driving execution
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; Python is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of marketing KPIs, user funnels, and behavioral segmentation
- Strong statistical background and experience in testing methodologies (A/B, incrementality, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, or similar
- Full professional fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering and similar fields)
- Strategic, analytical, and business-oriented
- Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communicator - able to translate data into clear, actionable insights, while conveying messages with sensitivity and awareness of different audiences
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
