Rimed is growing - and we're looking for a VP of Sales & Marketing to grow with us!About RimedRimed Ltd. is an established medical device company, successfully operating forover 43 years.We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and export of transcranialDoppler (TCD) systems - an advanced technology for non-invasive detection ofstenosis in the brain main arteries. Our systems are sold to stroke-specializedneurologists in more than 50 countries, primarily through a global distributor network.Rimed is headquartered in Ra'anana, Israel, and operates a U.S. subsidiary in NewYork.About the RoleThis is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic leadership with directInvolvement in field activities and customer relationships.The position offers significant leadership potential and room to grow as thecompany expands globally.Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's global sales operations, with a focus on Latin America and Asia, ensuring quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
Manage and expand the distributor network by strengthening existing partnerships and sourcing and engaging new distribution partners.
Full responsibility for the company's marketing strategy and execution, including lead generation, marketing content, and digital marketing initiatives.
Hands-on ownership of both sales and marketing activities, while leading a small team (starting with 1 direct report) and shaping future team structure as the company expands.
