Role OverviewThe Strategic Initiatives Manager will be responsible for proactively identifying, planning and executing new initiatives in the Israeli Delivery Operations team with the goal to grow delivery order volume, drive cost optimisation, and improve network outcomes. At any given time, you will be the primary owner of multiple concurrent Delivery Operations initiatives. In collaboration with the Head of Delivery Operation you will define the overall program strategy, using a critical lens to ensure this aligns with and is part of delivering the overall market strategy from a logistic perspective. You are responsible for defining, communicating, measuring and improving the market OKRs for your initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our Global team to advocate for local success using the right combination of innovations & best practices, and have a strong understanding of delivery operations to inform your recommendations.You excel at strategic-thinking to design & recommend the best path forward for your initiatives amidst ambiguity and multiple possibilities. You have a strong grasp of data & quantitative analysis to develop high-level business cases and inform recommendations. You can juggle multiple priorities while remaining focused & clear-headed. Using your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you will be able to articulate recommendations, promote your vision at the executive level and motivate partners to deliver the work on time and to your high standards. Finally, you will establish yourself as a thought-leader in delivery operations, staying abreast of market trends to identify opportunities and contribute to global best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, scope and lead multiple new initiatives to drive Delivery Operations’ strategic objectives. Examples could include initiatives like pay strategies, go-to-market plans for new business lines, or customer experience enhancements.Take accountability for end-to-end project outcomes, keeping others informed of risks & progress. Be the business lead on projects through pilot, MVP, roll-out and post-mortems.Analyze data and build business cases to drive new initiative recommendations and help inform prioritization of your projects.Define & deliver your program success metrics, demonstrating alignment with overall Israel OKRs and Logistics strategic vision.Advise senior leadership on recommendations by providing business insights. Synthesize your findings into clear recommendations for leadership to support.Influence key global stakeholders to prioritize & develop solutions based on the market’s needs. Understand what’s coming down the product pipeline to inform the market roadmap.Stay current with industry developments to drive benchmarking, innovation and continuous improvement.
