- Lead the full product lifecycle of B2B acquiring and payment solutions - from ideation to launch and optimization
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and client needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, tech, and operations to drive product success
- Identify market trends, customer pain points, and business opportunities to inform product decisions
- Define and manage annual work plans and go-to-market initiatives for business products
- Drive and support strategic marketing campaigns and business partnerships
- Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and initiate improvements accordingly
- Serve as the central point of contact for product-related communication across the organization
- Champion innovation by introducing new tools, processes, and ideas that enhance customer value
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and execution of projects
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: product management, project management, marketing, or business development, preferably in a financial or B2B environment
- Background working with business clients in financial contexts, understanding their needs, challenges, and processes
- Proven ability to initiate, lead, and deliver complex cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with acquiring, clearing, or payment processing - advantage
