2+ years of leading and managing engineering teams
Experience with microservices architecture, SQL databases, cloud platforms (specifically GCP), and modern frameworks
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration
Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
Experience with Kafka or similar message broker systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and orchestration systems
Demonstrated experience in cloud operations and DevOps practices
