- Manage end-to-end training programs for Technical Services new hires, including agenda design and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly planning and execution of global TAC technical and professional skills training, based on identified knowledge gaps and business needs.
- Own Technical Services readiness for new product releases, acting as a liaison with R&D teams.
- Communicate regularly with business owners and leadership to ensure training objectives are aligned and achieved.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, business leaders, and global teams at Check Point.
- Learning Partner or Training Program Manager with experience in technical enablement or training operations.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure in a complex, global environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Technical familiarity with Check Point's products and solutions.
- Passion for adult learning and translating business needs into effective training plans.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs or courses.
- Background working in an international, cross-cultural environment.
- A team player mindset and a belief in continuous learning.
