This involves working in cross-organizational teams, making meaningful impacts, and solving some of the most complex challenges. Momentum team is a unique development group for critical tasks and issues. We deliver direct and meaningful impact to our customers all across the product components.In this role you will be:

Leading new features and problem-solving from requirements to delivery across the product areas and technologies
Developing a platform that enables integration between several Akamai's security solutions
Collaborating with different engineering teams, product teams, and operations
Writing reliable, efficient, secure, and scalable code
Communicating with our customers and leaving a favorable impact
Addressing complex software challenges at the forefront of today's technology, optimizing, and putting a lot of emphasis on performance

Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:

4+ years of object-oriented software development experience
Experience in E2E design and implementation of features as part of large-scale backend projects
Experience in Backend Development (Python is an advantage)
Experience in working with Linux-based systems
