- Lead the daily operations of our travel agency team, including recruitment, onboarding, and personal and professional development of team members.
- Set quality KPIs for the team and manage based on data-driven monitoring and daily accountability.
- Independently solve complex problems, including direct professional interactions with suppliers and airlines in Israel and abroad.
- Build and implement operational processes across the department.
- Work closely with product and development teams to implement smart automation tools, aiming to achieve 90% automation within the department.
- Oversee daily operational financial activities with suppliers, including monitoring back-office processes and payments.
- Lead continuous improvement of tools, processes, and workflows to ensure excellent SLA and high execution quality.
- 3+ years of experience managing an operations/travel agents team in a B2C tech company or OTA (advantage).
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ employees (required).
- Experience in the travel industry (significant advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure, drive teams to meet goals, and manage systematically using data.
- Ability to manage complex processes with a system-wide perspective while driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Lead and build a critical domain with direct impact on the company's growth and customer service.
