Joining usmeans joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener andsmarter mobility, worldwideMAIN RESPONSABILITIESLead CAD designers for the preparation of design drawings / construction layouts for Trackwork Scope including but not limited track laying layouts, detailed cross sections, assembly drawings etc.Work on trackwork design documentation in accordance with LRT Design GuidelinesWrite engineering reports and Construction Method StatementsPerform technical analyses for track work designPrepare track work procurement/installation specifications and drawingsPrepare Change Requests and complete change analysis formsInterface Documentation and coordination of other disciplines within the project teamWork for Requirement and Change Management processesLead the design and delivery of complex rail/transit projectsRespect of Engineering Management Plan and Design Quality Plan,Integration of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety (RAMS) requirements,Participate in the track design (drawings, calculations, reports etc.)for all interface issues and ensure optimal design of interfacesProduce parts of the track design (specifications, detailed design)Technical assessment and analyze the design from track suppliers such as switches, fastenings etc.Analyze requirements and propose cost effective solutions to the track lead engineer.Ensure that the design is compatible with the standards of health & safetyConsistency and compatibility between all the sub-systems specifications,Provide transversal studies related to Trackworks (Alignment, Noise & Vibration, Earthing & Bonding…).Responsible for:Prepare all track related design documentsEnsure compliance with standards, technical specifications and procedures including Quality procedures.Definition of components technical criteria and technical evaluation of suppliers,Obtaining approval of technical documents (especially drawings),Bill of Quantities (BOQ) elaboration,Prepare submittals to client and 3rd entitiesAccountable for:Carry out / Support the Factory Acceptance TestsAll Track Design Submissions and documentationsTechnical open issues resolution on site, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure,Construction and As-built documentation,EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or in Related Engineering field from a recognized university
