We're looking for a talented and driven Lead Senior Full Stack Developer to join our expanding R&D department. In this role, you will lead the development of one of our core products, take part in architectural decisions, and help guide the team's growth and technical excellence. You'll report directly to a Team Lead and work closely with Product to build and execute the development roadmap.What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain multiple content-rich websites, with a focus on product testing and comparison functionality
Provide technical mentorship and support the professional development of team members
Collaborate with product and tech leadership to shape and deliver the development roadmap
Help lead the adoption of new technologies and scalable architectures
Set development standards and ensure engineering best practices across the team
Contribute to design, coding, monitoring, and scaling across all stages of the product lifecycle
Play a key role in shaping the foundation of a growing team facing dynamic challenges

What You BringMust-Have:

5+ years of experience in software development
Strong background in system architecture and design
Passion for building high-quality, scalable products and improving engineering processes
Hands-on experience with Node.js and React (with TypeScript); Next.js is a plus
Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive to learn and grow
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering - a strong advantage
