- 3-5 years of experience as Account Manager
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments, including sales, product teams, executives, business partners, and customers.
- Sales, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to influence and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes.
- Multitasking Ability: Skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Highly motivated, with the independence and focus needed to meet goals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and resolve challenges effectively.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling abroad up to several times a year.
- Russian: Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written forms – mandatory
- English: Fluent in both written and verbal communication – mandatory
- Hebrew: Proficient in spoken and written forms – mandatory
