- 2+ years of experience managing significant paid social budgets ($100K+), globally, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with key performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
- A creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to ideate and execute campaign optimizations independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-starter attitude with high motivation, accountability, and a curious, growth-oriented mindset.
- Plan, launch, and scale high-budget B2B paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing for copy, creatives, audiences, bid strategies, and retargeting.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to deliver insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and validate new growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product, and broader marketing teams to build high-converting funnels and effective ad experiences.
