As our first dedicated Product Designer, you'll play a critical role in everything from defining the UX of new features to polishing the smallest UI details.You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to turn complex infrastructure challenges into intuitive, elegant interfaces.What You’ll Do

Design end-to-end experiences for new features across web and CLI tools
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and deliver intuitive UX in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Drive user research to understand pain points and validate design decisions
Establish and maintain a cohesive design language and system across our platform
Advocate for our users and influence product strategy with a strong UX point of view

What You Bring

4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or developer tools — ideally in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or security
Mastery of Figma and a strong portfolio that shows both UX thinking and visual polish
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions backed by data or research
Strong communication skills in English
Leverages AI design tools to streamline processes and improve output
