Be a part of enriching the company environment with innovation, collaboration, and outstanding performance.
Contribute to model and data development, delivery, and code deployment to production.
Engage actively with various teams to pinpoint business opportunities and tailor AI-driven solutions that align with customer demands.
Collaborate with other teams to bring research to production.
Work intimately with other teams to gather insights on user and business necessities and convert these into focused research goals.

3-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or NLP Researcher.
Experience in Machine Learning.
Expertise in Python programming.
Self-motivated and capable of independently managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities, while effectively driving company-wide strategic efforts.
Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on addressing complex technical issues, and a deep understanding of the elements that make products stand out.
Naturally curious, consistently engaging in critical thinking and questioning conventional practices to understand underlying principles better.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for achieving objectives.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage research development teams.
Advantage - Worked in a startup and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Advantage - Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and tools.
