- Design end-to-end experiences for our products (Client Portal, Back office etc.) from concept through execution.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex fintech flows into intuitive and elegant solutions.
- Use customer insights, data, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interaction specs, and design documentation.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the product by identifying UX opportunities and design improvements.
- 3–5 years of experience in product design
- Strong expertise in both UX and UI design
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design system
- Hands-on experience with user research, including interviews and usability testing
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products
- Solid experience with mobile app interfaces (iOS and Android) — must-have
- Experience with AI-powered design tools- to enhance workflow and productivity
- Proven track record of designing complex systems for SaaS platforms
- Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Fintech or payments experience is a strong plus.ֿֿ
