We are looking for a qualified lawyer who earned their law degree in Germany and is fluent in both German and English to join a Tel Aviv-based tech startup for a temporary project based roleThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract law and commercial negotiations, preferably with a background or interest in real estate and technology sectors. This role will be integral in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with our German-speaking clients and partners, ensuring legal compliance and fostering trusted relationships.Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly with clients and partners in German-speaking markets.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, obligations, and strategy in contractual matters.
Support the sales and business development teams during deal structuring and client negotiations.
Ensure compliance with German and EU legal standards relevant to the company's operations.
Liaise with external counsel as needed.
Maintain and update contract templates and legal documentation in accordance with applicable laws.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and finance.

Requirements

Law degree from a recognized university in Germany; admission to practice law in Germany is a strong advantage.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
3+ years of experience in contract law, preferably in a commercial or tech-focused environment.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Experience with real estate or real estate technology is a plus.
