Zero-to-One Product Builder - You've built B2B products from scratch in early-stage startups and managed their evolution and hyper-growth post PMF
Proven Technical Leadership - You've hired and led top-tier engineering teams, built strong cultures, and made hard trade-offs under pressure
Hands-On Full-Stack Engineer - You'll be our early tech team - building web/mobile apps, owning architecture, infrastructure, integrations, and everything in between - and you're excited about that!
AI-Native Coder - You're fluent in leveraging modern AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development and boost engineering velocity
Business-Awareness - You get the business context. You balance speed with stability and make decisions with outcomes in mind
Founder Mindset - You're scrappy, fast, and action-oriented. You take full ownership of problems, lead the way, and get things done
