We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sourcing Team Lead to establish and lead our sourcing function from the ground up.This is a unique opportunity to shape the sourcing strategy, build scalable processes, and work closely with our recruitment team to support the company's continued growth.Responsibilities:

Build and lead the sourcing function within the Talent Acquisition team
Design and implement sourcing processes, tools, and best practices from scratch
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
Identify and engage top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Track sourcing effectiveness and optimize based on data-driven insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing with employer branding and talent strategy

Requirements:

At least 2 years of hands-on sourcing experience, with a proven ability to build or significantly shape sourcing processes
Experience in working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Strong understanding of sourcing for a variety of roles (tech/non-tech)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero
Previous experience in fast-growing - a plus
