  • Proactively source candidates for various tech roles (development, data, DevOps, cybersecurity, and more)
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage with passive candidates
  • Write personalized outreach messages and initiate contact with potential talents
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and provide detailed candidate summaries
  • Work closely with our recruitment team and learn something new about tech every day
  • Bring creativity and a proactive mindset to help us think outside the sourcing box
