The Head of CRM Implementation will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of CRM IT projects. The role is based in Ramat Gan but is a hybrid position, allowing for some work from home.Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or practical engineering degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in project management
At least 2 years of experience as a systems analyst
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CRM systems implementation
Experience leading a team - required
Experience with Salesforce or Zoho - advantage
Basic knowledge of SQL and database management - advantage
Experience in academic institutions - advantage
Familiarity with AI-based tools - advantage

High capacity for self-learning, technological curiosity, and willingness to adopt new technologies
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
