You’ll handle global employment issues, draft agreements, and develop internal legal knowledge bases. In your day-to-day, you will:Partner closely with HR, stakeholders, and external counsels on employment matters including hiring, termination policies, and employee relationsInitiate, coordinate, and lead legal HR-related projectsDraft and review agreements and other employment-related documentsReview and assess HR policies, employee handbooks, and employee-related policiesAssist and advise on employment aspects in transactions like M&A and restructuringPerform HR-related investigations or examinationsDevelop methodologies for retaining legal advice, research, and templatesQualifications4–6 years of experience in employment and labor law, preferably in a high-tech company or a leading law firmIsraeli bar licenseFluent in English, with strong communication skills for drafting, presenting, and professional discussionsExperienced in drafting employment-related documents and advising stakeholdersSkilled multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes full ownership of projectsGreat communication skills, with the ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholdersDeep knowledge of labor and employment law, and multi-jurisdictional experience – an advantageAdditional InformationWe are Wix's Legal team.
