Job DescriptionFinancial Controller – Leading Financial CompanyA leading financial company is seeking a Financial Controller for a dynamic and challenging role involving direct interaction with senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.Job Description:Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including for public reporting companiesConsolidated reporting, management reports, and investor updatesPreparation of regulatory filings and statutory tax reportsOngoing monitoring of loans, interest, and receivablesOversight and reporting of financial covenantsSupport debt issuances (bonds) and other financing projectsWork closely with executives, investors, and financial institutionsRequirements:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – mandatoryPost-internship experience in both an accounting firm and a company in capital markets, real estate, or investment funds.
