Head of Reconciliation

• Full ownership of the reconciliation process between client transactions, PSPs, bank accounts, and trust accounts.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving financial discrepancies and mismatches.
• Developing and implementing automated reconciliation processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Generating periodic reports and presenting reconciliation findings to global finance leadership.
• Working closely with internal departments including Finance, BI, Operations, Compliance, and R&D.
• Managing relationships with PSPs and financial institutions.
• Building and managing a high-performing reconciliation team (if required).

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a reconciliation or finance role within the Forex industry - must.
• In-depth knowledge of payment flows: PSPs, credit card transactions, e-wallets, wire transfers, and trust accounts - must.
• Advanced Excel skills - required.
• Team management experience - a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or Business - advantage.
• Experience working in a global environment - advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership and lead end-to-end processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially when working with global teams.
• High level of accountability, initiative, and process orientation.
