- Define and test agent behavior for client-specific and general use cases
- Build and run evaluation sets to validate agent behavior
- Investigate failures by inspecting tool use, SQL queries, and logs; deduce root causes before escalating
- Onboard new clients: understand their data, define behavioral goals, and configure the agent accordingly, working closely with Customer Success
- Write sharp, structured specs that guide our data scientists and engineers
- Interview clients regularly to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities
- Emi's behavior across clients is reliable, consistent, and trusted
- Evaluation sets are well-defined and used effectively by the team
- Agent failures are investigated independently and resolved efficiently
- New clients are onboarded quickly and with high satisfaction
- Internal tooling improves as a result of your insights and feedback
- Background as a data-savvy consultant, analyst, or engineer
- Strong SQL skills; can read basic Python and trace logs
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and structured writing
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with LLMs or AI tools
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment
