- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients for our talent outsourcing services, with a focus on delivering staffing solutions to meet their needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic growth of the outsourcing division, identifying market trends and new business opportunities.
- Future Leadership: This is a key growth position with the potential to build and manage a sales team as the division expands.
- Mandatory: At least 4 years of proven sales experience in the outsourcing industry, with a strong focus on staffing and placing people (not project-based sales).
- Mandatory: Extensive network and established connections within the relevant business sectors.
- Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in client account management is a significant advantage.
- A true passion for sales and a relentless drive to succeed.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Availability for a full-time position at our offices in Tel Aviv.
