In this role, you'll communicate directly with U.S. homeowners often navigating emotionally sensitive or financially complex situations to negotiate and close residential property deals.You'll be responsible for handling leads from various sources, initiating contact, building trust, and managing the sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, results-driven, and eager to grow within the American real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:
Leading inbound sales conversations with homeowners looking to sell their property.
Building rapport with clients, identifying pain points, and offering tailored solutions.
Negotiating terms and driving deals to close efficiently and empathetically.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction handoffs and follow-through.
Meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs in a structured, supportive environment.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in sales experience in B2C Sales.
Fluent English speaker - Must
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth.
Experience with CRM systems- advantage.

Location: Hamelacha St, Tel Aviv
Days & Hours: 5 Days per week | Sunday-Saturday | 16:00-01:00 | Hybrid Setup
