We're Hiring | Full Stack Software Engineer - Airborne Systems & Simulators | Lod, IsraelJoin the Retrofit & Upgrade Center at IAI's Aviation Division and play a key role in developing full stack software solutions for mission computers, simulators, and operational applications for fighter aircraft platforms used by the Israeli Air Force and international customers.Key Responsibilities:

Develop full stack software for simulators and airborne user interface applications

Analyze software requirements and perform software design

Implement front-end and back-end components (React + .NET/C#)

Conduct unit and system-level testing

Participate in lab integrations and deployments both in Israel and at customer sites

Ensure project milestones, quality targets, and timelines are met

Collaborate across engineering disciplines and follow internal development procedures

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical & Computer Engineering - mandatory

At least 5 years of experience in full stack software development - mandatory

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end (React) and back-end (C#/.NET) - mandatory

Experience with GIT version control - mandatory

Experience working with Linux-based systems - advantage

Familiarity with communication protocols: DDS, REST-API, WebSocket - advantage

Experience working with databases and GIS systems - advantage

Knowledge of airborne avionics systems and military networking - advantage
