We are looking for a talented and experienced software engineering team leader to join the Agent group. You will be leading developers building and developing next-generation SASE solution. This role is perfect for a highly experienced, fast learner, and proactive team lead with outstanding technical skills who thrives on being a leader and is passionate about building flawless products.The Agent group is responsible for building our VPN and Internet Security on device application. As a team leader, you will lead a team of software engineers on a mission to solve technological challenges and write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code that are part of our solution.About UsCheck Point Harmony SASE is a leader in VPN and network security, striving to deliver the premier SASE platform in the market. As a fast-growing company, we are seeking extraordinary team members to support our expanding customer base of over 3,000 businesses across various industries and sizes.This position is located in Tel Aviv (hybrid work model).Major Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers from diverse technical backgrounds.
Own feature development, task tracking, and deadline management.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to address complex problems and develop innovative features.
Drive the creation of robust, various scalable solutions for Agent applications.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Desired Background

5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team of talented developers.
Expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Swift, C#, Java).
Familiarity with shared modules development and integration (C/C++).
Experience in an Agile development environment.
Proficiency in component and unit testing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and drive innovation.
BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
