- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Israeli startup market through diverse lead-generation activities, including targeted networking within the startup community.
- Manage relationships with key company partners collaborating to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate deal progression.
- Prioritize customer needs and ensure a positive experience through the sales cycle.
- Represent us at events to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and expand our network within the industry.
- Take full ownership of each deal, guiding it strategically through the entire sales pipeline, adapting effectively to short and long sales cycles.
- Manage opportunities using sales processes such as MEDDIC.
- Conduct meaningful conversations and build trust with C-level executives and founders of fast-growth startups.
- Contribute directly to building our sales team and processes from the ground up.
- Take ownership of your territory, maximizing sales efficiency, developing deep market expertise, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Generate growth and revenue, bringing in new logos.
- Communicate the value proposition of our solutions, including Sombrero Savings, addressing customer business and technical challenges.
- Exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing directly to Directeam's revenue growth.
- 6+ years of experience as an Account Executive / Sales Executive / Acquisitions Representative, with a consistent track record of selling to startups (SaaS or cloud experience a plus).

- A genuine "customer-obsessed" attitude, prioritizing customer needs and building strong, long-term relationships in every deal and interaction.
- Proven experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDIC to manage sales cycles and drive deal closures.
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
- A driven individual with a strong motivation to excel, consistently exceeding expectations and achieving ambitious goals.
- Demonstrates high energy, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple sales channels and processes simultaneously.
- A strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and refine sales knowledge, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Deep understanding of the Israeli startup ecosystem, including its key players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Hubspot and AI sales tools (advantage).
- Knowledge or experience with AWS services and certifications (advantage).
