I'm hiring on behalf of a stealth-mode Israeli startup that's redefining how secure networks operate - not through more software, but through powerful hardware-based security.This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit, elite R&D team working on real-world security problems using a deep-tech, hands-on approach. You'll be part of building core systems from scratch, with real ownership and impact from day one.🔒 About the Company (Confidential)This early-stage company is developing scalable, production-ready hardware-enabled solutions to solve the most critical network access security challenges. Think beyond VPNs and firewalls - this is a different approach, and it's backed by patented technology and seasoned leadership.🛠 The Role: Senior Full Stack EngineerYou'll work closely with senior engineers (backend, frontend, and embedded) to design and implement secure, scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, wants to build core tech from zero, and is excited about contributing across the stack.What You'll Do

Design and build full-stack systems with security and performance in mind

Implement APIs, backend services, and client-facing features

Use technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or Java

Work with AWS and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to integrate systems

Document architecture and processes for scale and maintainability

🎯 What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-stack experience, including system architecture

Deep hands-on experience with React, Next.js

Backend: Node.js, Python, or Java

Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure

Strong understanding of authentication, secure coding practices

Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices

Nice to Have

Electron (desktop app development)

Qt / C++ experience

Background in networking or cybersecurity
