תיאור המשרה:A fast-growing US-based wellness brand with global omni-channel distribution, is seeking a CFO with Hands on ability to lead and execute our financial operations from our Herzliya office. This is a senior, high-impact role with direct responsibility over all financial aspects of the business - from strategic planning to day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management
Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close and reconciliations
Own product costing and inventory accounting across production and fulfillment
Manage financial operations across complex global sales channels
Ensure compliance with:
US GAAP accounting standards
US corporate tax regulations
Sales tax and VAT across multiple jurisdictions
Optimize ERP systems and financial workflows (ERP experience required, NetSuite a plus)
Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency
Provide hands-on support across finance functions as neededדרישות המשרה:7+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in CPG or eCommerce
Strong ERP systems expertise and understanding (NetSuite a plus)
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, US taxation, and global indirect taxes (VAT, sales tax)
Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing, and multi-channel operations
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on
