- Support the Office Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics for management and visitors.
- Manage routine office needs - supplies, orders, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
- Handle internal communications and basic correspondence in both Hebrew and English.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, documentation, and personal errands when required.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and welcoming.
- Previous experience in an office administration or executive assistant role - at least 1-2 years.
- High-level English and Hebrew - verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- “Can-do” attitude, excellent multitasking, and a “Rosh Gadol” mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a high sense of responsibility.
