- Design user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect designs, and prototypes.
- Conduct the full design cycle, from functional UX to visual UI and dev handoff.
- Own the product design process and conceptualize original ideas for simplicity and usability.
- Ensure designs align with our brand design system and provide ongoing support during development.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, developers, and fellow designers to define and deliver exceptional products.
- Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a B2B company.
- Experience designing complex systems and working with design systems.
- Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong visual design skills and an understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical/creative thinking.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, visual design, and problem-solving.
- Experience collaborating closely with R&D teams.
- Positive attitude, excellent social skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
