
Sales Account Manager - Aerospace & Defense Technologies - Rishon LeZion, Israel

- Familiar with the Aerospace, Defense, and Communications ecosystem in Israel, with experience managing key accounts such as the Ministry of Defense (MOD), IAI, Rafael, Elbit, and leading integrators and subcontractors.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Wireless Communication market segment while nurturing the existing customer base.
- Serve as the primary sales contact for Test & Measurement products, providing tailored commercial and technical proposals based on customer needs and Rohde & Schwarz solutions.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies to drive growth in the Wireless Communication domain.-
- Identify appropriate prospects, schedule meetings, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the complete sales cycle to close new business opportunities across all product categories within defined timelines.
- Strong knowledge of RF test and measurement solutions, with the ability to independently present, demonstrate, and engage with customers.
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for key customers, including clear actions and timelines to meet sales objectives.
- Achieve sales targets by assessing current customer needs and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate and cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of radar, satellite communications is highly preferred.
- Perform additional duties as required on an as-needed basis.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
- Hands-on or practical experience with Test & Measurement products - preferred.
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Technologies market, preferably with one of Israel's leading companies - preferred.
- Strong knowledge of technologies relevant to the Aerospace and Defense industries.
- Passion for sales, strong customer focus, and a high drive to succeed.
- Excellent prospecting skills, with the ability to identify new customers and craft effective initial outreach messaging.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation - in both Hebrew and English.
- Strong analytical and sales forecasting abilities.
- A strong team player who can also work independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels, resolve issues, and reach collaborative solutions.
- Experience managing both large and small accounts.
- Demonstrated success in business development initiatives and strategic planning.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and understand internal workflows and customer processes.
- Fast learner (autodidact) with a passion for acquiring knowledge about new products and technologies.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Israel and occasionally abroad.
