A fantastic opportunity to join a well-funded tech company headquartered in central Israel. After a successful funding round with leading investors, we're looking for a hands-on VP Finance to lead a small finance team and work closely with the CEO and board.Location: Central Israel (on-site)What you'll do:

Lead all financial operations, planning, and strategy
Manage global accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, inventory, and customs
Oversee cash flow and compliance across multiple geographies
Collaborate directly with the CEO and present to the board
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and supply chain teams
Manage and mentor a small, high-performing finance team

What we're looking for:

The right candidate has one prior role as VP Finance - must
Experience in global tech companies, preferably with multidisciplinary products - must
Hands-on experience with inventory management and customs - must
Strong financial leadership across reporting, forecasting, compliance, and operations - must
Fluent English (spoken and written) - must
A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
